Schedule Appointments

For a scheduled appointment, please call our office and we will do our best to schedule your appointment at the most convenient time possible for you. As a courtesy to you, you will receive a generated reminder via email and text. Please keep in mind the monthly specials are for the specific month the special is posted. There are no exceptions.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

If you are unable to make your appointment, please be courteous and call our office to reschedule or cancel your appointment. In order to be respectful to all of our clients, we require at least 24-hour notice, so that your appointment time can be reallocated to someone else.

Late cancellations (same day) will be considered as a no-show. To reduce no-show appointments, when scheduling your appointment, we may ask you for a deposit to hold your appointment spot. The amount of your deposit will be deducted from your service when checking out. However, if you are a no-call no-show, your deposit is non-refundable.

This policy enables us to better utilize time management and have available appointments for our clients. Our goal is not to punish anyone, but with a growing clientele, we need to make sure we are time-efficient. We are dedicated to ensuring that your experience is pleasant, comfortable, and relaxing. We are committed to providing you with quality professional-grade skin care for maximum results to prevent and correct signs of aging without surgery.

Late Arrival

We understand that life happens, and we would not want you to jeopardize yourself by rushing to get here. However, If you are 10 minutes or more late, we reserve the right to reschedule all or some of your services so that the rest of our clients are not affected. We would appreciate a call to let us know you are running a bit late.

Refunds and Exchanges

Your satisfaction is paramount, and we would like you to know that we appreciate your continued support and patronage. However, due to the nature of our business, we do not issue refunds for pre-paid treatments, treatment packages, or gift cards. In addition, gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash, and you must bring your gift card with you at the time of service. Packages for services are discounted and if you wish to discontinue your package and request a credit towards another service, you will be charged the regular price for each treatment received which may be more than the package price. 

Your gift card can be redeemed for any of the services we currently offer. Also, we cannot issue refunds for opened products. However, an exchange or credit for another product or service can be issued in cases of adverse reactions provided you return the minimally used product within one business day after purchase.
