The Medi Spa Difference

Many of you may wonder what the difference is between a Medical Spa and a Day Spa. They may appear similar, but there is a very important difference.

A Medi Spa is a hybrid between a medical office and a day spa. During hours of business, a Medi Spa operates under the direction of a licensed health care professional and on-site supervision of a highly trained Medical Doctor with specialized aesthetic training and certifications. Medical Spas can treat conditions that cannot be treated as effectively by traditional estheticians.

Our Medical Spa Staff consists of licensed and experienced health care professionals with specialized training in aesthetics. Operated by Lori Abraham, RN, Board Certified, Aesthetic Nurse Specialist and Injector. All are directly supervised by our Medical Director, Dr. Marcy Goisse. Each member of our aesthetic team has received advanced training and certification pertaining to all of the products and services offered. We strive to deliver exemplary customer service in a relaxed aesthetically pleasing environment.

Spa Policies

 

Thank you for choosing Renew You Medi Spa. As you know, we strive to deliver excellent medical spa services. In order to do so we have had to implement an appointment / cancellation policy.

The policy enables us to better utilize time management and have available appointments for our clients.

Our goal is not to punish anyone, but with a growing clientele, we need to make sure we are time efficient. We are dedicated to ensuring that your experience is pleasant, comfortable and relaxing. We are committed to providing you with quality professional grade skincare for maximum results to prevent and correct signs of aging without surgery.

Gift Cards

Renew You MediSpa offers gift cards and can be used for any service we provide.

 Gift Cards are non-transferable for cash and are non-refundable.

Renew You MediSpa is also not responsible for lost or stolen gift cards.

Arrival

It is important that we stay on schedule to offer everyone a rejuvenating experience. If you are new to Renew You, please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment to complete the necessary forms. Please remember to list all of your current medications, vitamins, and supplements on your patient profile form; as they may interact with certain treatments. Also, please list allergies and health issues.

Scheduled Appointments

For a scheduled appointment, please call our office (724) 550-4850 and we will do our best to schedule your appointment at the most convenient time possible for you. As a courtesy to you, you will receive a generated reminder via email. In addition, we will call you the day before your appointment to remind you. If we leave you a message, please confirm your appointment by calling us back. Please keep in mind the monthly specials are for the specific month the special is posted, NO EXCEPTIONS!

Cancellation/Rescheduling of An Appointment

If you are unable to make your appointment, please be courteous and call our office to reschedule or cancel your appointment. In order to be respectful to all of our clients, we require at least 24 hour-notice, so that your appointment time can be reallocated to someone else. Late cancellations (same day) will be considered as a “no show”.  To reduce no show appointments, when scheduling your appointment, we may ask you for a deposit to hold your appointment spot. The amount of your deposit will be deducted from your service when checking out. However, if you are a no call no show, your deposit is non-refundable.

Late Arrival

We understand that life happens and we would not want you to jeopardize yourself by rushing to get here. However, If you are 10 minutes or more late we reserve the right to reschedule all or some of your services so that the rest of our clients are not affected. We would appreciate a call to let us know you are running a bit late.

Refunds & Exchanges

Your satisfaction is paramount, and we would like you to know that we appreciate your continued support and patronage. However, due to the nature of our business, we do not issue refunds for pre-paid treatments, treatment packages, or gift cards. In addition, gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash, and you must bring your gift card with you at time of service. 

Your gift card can be redeemed for any of the services we currently offer.   Also, we cannot issue refunds for opened products, however an exchange or credit for another product or service can be issued in cases of adverse reactions provided you return the minimally used product within one business day after purchase.
